IZ-350 un IZ-49 tehniskās nianses.

Šeit varētu padiskutēt par motociklu IZ-350 un IZ-49, kas kopīgs un kas atšķirīgs. Savādāk pamaz tā informācija šajā jautājumā. Un varbūt kādam kādreiz noder informācija pirms IZ-350 iegādes, lai nopirktu pēc iespējas labākā komplektā.





Ko es esmu ievērojis, tad atšķirās :

1) Priekšējā un pakēļājā dakša (pats par sevi saprotams),

2) Priekšējais un pakaļējais dubļinieks (minimāli)

3) Priekšējais un aizmugurējais bremžu vāciņi
IZ-49 aizmugurējais (nepareizs bremžu stienīša izvietojums)

IZ-350 aizmugurējais (bremžu stienītis iet pa aukšu virs pakaļējā rata ass)

4) Bāka (bez instrumentu kastītes un IZ emblēmas iespieduma)


5) Ķēdes sargi

6) Kreisajam motora vākam uzraksts IZ-350


6) Sēdekļa pārklājs ir gluds bez reljefa. Pēc bildēm skatoties izskatās, ka IZ-350 no rūpnīcas ir nākuši bez aizmugurējiem sēdekļiem

Tā kā nav tā, ka atšķirās tikai un vienīgi rāmji kā varbūt no sākuma liekas. To atšķirīgo nianšu ir pietiekami daudz. Varbūt ir vēl kādai sīkumi ko neesmu pamanījis. Bet lielos vilcienos domāju, ka visu būšu pieminējis.

manuprāt tev pakaļkāpšļi nav īstie,man abiem diviem močiem savādāki,bet abiem vinādi,tapēc domāju ka mani īstie..Dažādi arī rāmji,stūres,gaisa filtri,bet motora ar ,,350,, gāja vēl ilgi uz 49.

vispār cik esmu ievērojis atšķirību ir diezgan daudz,vēl nepieminējat ka atškiras izpūtēju,priekšējās lampas stiprinājumi,skaņas signāls,gandrīz vai vieglāk būtu nosaukt kas der 49-am no 350-tā

It kā izpūtēju līkumi arī esot par 50mm īsāki. Bet to varot labot saīsinot 49 līkumus. Nezinu tā ir vai tā nav.

Atšķirās arī aizmugurējā plaukta apakšējā kronšteina stiprinājums.

I have a front steel one too somewhere.

There is some difference between older and younger IZ-350 too.Like signal,carburettors,cylinders,electric boxes(the black box).

PS.I think you know it,but your Iz-350 has some not original details and some are missing too.

Not original details are-signal(horn),foot gearchange pedal,kickstart pedal and dempfer knob.Tank too,but you know that anyway.Also I think you have younger carburattor too.

You miss lower chainguard.

He has so called "black numberplate".It is givven to very correctly restored old vehicles in Estonia.

Ir arī dažas atšķirības starp vecāku/o un jaunāku/o IZ-350.Tas ir signāls,karburātors/i,cilindri,elektrības kastītes(melnā kaste)

PS.Es domāju tu to zini,bet tavam Iz-350 ir dažas neorģinālas detaļas un dažas arī trūkst.

Neorģinālās detaļas ir signāls(taure),kājas ātrumu pārslēdzēja pedālis,kikstartera pedālis un demfera poga/kloķis.Bendzīnbāka arī,bet tu to tāpat zini.Vēl es domāju tev/tavam mocim ir jaunāks/ais karburātors arī.
Tev/tavam mocim trūkst apakšējais ķēdes sargs.

Kāpēc atškirās aizmugurējā dubļubleķa kronšteina stiprinājuma leņķis?
Vai tas ir saistīts ar to, ka ir pirmās un otras paaudzes IZ-350 vai arī aizmugurējais dubļubleķis ir no IZ-49?

I think maybe your all mudguard is made from IZ-49 one.
The joint of upgoing part seems to be more distance away from "bagaznik" ,them on IZ-350 mudguard.

Fueltap.
IZ-350 had fueltap model KP-12 like most soviet motorcycles,but it was a old version of KP-12.This version of KP-12 was made till end of year 1951,so it is correct one for IZ-350.Looks like this-



Looks like ordinary soviet KP-12,but there is differences.
Left one is new KP-12,right one is old KR-12-



Like you can see,the old KP-12 has cast aluminium ON/OFF/RESERVE lever-



And also it has bit different shape.Also it has ЛКЗ(Ленинградский карбураторный завод) and a manufacturing date(1949 October on this one)stamped on it-

Speedometer.

IZ-350 had speedo model СП-8.This speedo was made till 1952,then came models СП-8А and later 8Б.First IZ-49 had also СП-8 speedos.

СП-8 has different scale and inner system,then СП-8А and 8Б.What differs models СП-8А and 8Б,i don´t know !
Left one is СП-8 and right is СП-8Б scale-



СП-8А and СП-8Б have same scale,only model number in lower side is different-



Inside systems are different too,left is СП-8,right one is СП-8А and Б-



Like you can see,the СП-8 does not have a spring tension regulator,like СП-8А and Б have.Also the СП-8 from IZ-350 does not have a speedo viser stopper,it has it on the scale-



СП-8 has a ГOСT-4400-48.
Digit 48 means,that this models production was started from year 1948-



СП-8А has ГОСТ-1578-52.
52 digit means that this model of speedo was started to produce from year 1952-

And this kickstart pedal is from IZ-49?

Can you make a photo of cylinder the way I could see its channels from lower side.If it has oval section transfer ports,then it is from IZ-49.
If transfer ports are square,then it´s from IZ-350(older type IZ-350,newer type has removable aluminium covers on outside).Same goes for engine blocks-round transfer ports-IZ-49.Square ones-IZ-350.

Pedal is not from IZ350,it´s from IZ-49 or IZ-56.
I try to find a IZ-350 pedal and make a photo of it tomorrow.
