Can you make a photo of cylinder the way I could see its channels from lower side.If it has oval section transfer ports,then it is from IZ-49.
If transfer ports are square,then it´s from IZ-350(older type IZ-350,newer type has removable aluminium covers on outside).Same goes for engine blocks-round transfer ports-IZ-49.Square ones-IZ-350.
Pedal is not from IZ350,it´s from IZ-49 or IZ-56.
I try to find a IZ-350 pedal and make a photo of it tomorrow.
From the other half of year 1949 it was changed with carburetor model K-28
You can see the change even in technical passports of IZ-350.One is from year 1949,other is from 1950-
K-40 and K-28 look different and also have quite different internal system.
On pictures left is K-28 and right is K-40:
They have also different float chambers and float needles.On K-40 the float chamber cap is attached with thread-
K-28 has this kind of brass bottom bolt with manufacturing date(December 1949 on this one)-
There is lot of different models of K-28 carburettor.If the K-28 has a cyrillic letter(Б,В,Г,Д,И,E,Ж, and so on) after K-28,that means that it is not for IZ-350.
K-28Б like the one on picture,is for IZ-49.It fits to IZ-350 too,but it is not original for it.K-28Д is for IZ-56,K-28Г is for Tula-200 and so on.They have different size main jets and other things are different too.

Cylinderhead
Originaly IZ-350 had a cylinderhead,with cutout for sparkplug only on first coolingfin from the side of sparkplug hole.Drawing of IZ-350 motor-

Next models(for newer IZ-49 and later made spare cylinderheads for IZ-49)had more coolingfins with cutouts.On right side of the picture is cylinderhead for newer IZ-49(with 2 coolinfins cutout) and left one is later made sparepart head-
Also the IZ-350 and original IZ-49 cylinderheads had strengthening fin between fins,like the one in right side on next picture.Sparepart head does not have that-
And combustion chambers are little different too.Look at the sparkplug side on original IZ-350 head in right side.It has sort of "channel" to spark plug-
